Tanya Bindra is a New York-based documentary photographer, filmmaker, and producer.  She has reported on conflict and emergencies, postcolonial politics, and migration in over 20 countries across West Africa, South Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Tanya has contributed to outlets such as the New York Times, Newsweek, Le Monde, VICE, Time Magazine, the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal. She has filed regularly to the Associated Press and European Pressphoto Agency and has also partnered on humanitarian advocacy campaigns with UNICEF, Médecins Sans Frontières, and others.
